Store Policies
Illinois residents will be charged 8.5% state sales tax. Northwest Metalcraft carries a wide variety of products. Therefore, depending on the items purchsed, we will ship from our warehouse or directly from the distributor. At all times we try to provide accurate and timely shipments, but some factors occur beyond our contol, which may inturn influence shipping times. Therefore, all estimated delivery times are subject to change without notice.
Defective Items
Upon recieving your order, please check it immediately for shipping damage or defects. If damage or defects are visable, refuse your shipment and contact Northwest Metalcraft immediately. If damage or defects are found after delivery, notification to Northwest Metalcraft must occur within three business days of receiving your shipment. At our discretion, our sales staff will repair, replace or send new parts at our expense.
Return Policy
Northwest Metalcraft must be notified in advanced, before any return will be accpeted. Any custom orders or burned merchandise, such as grills and fireplace items, will not be accepted. The return must take place wihin 30 days of receipt and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the return freight/shipping fees. Upon receiving the merchandise, it will be examined to verify it is in its orginal condition, and a refund in the appropriate amount will be processed.
Warrantees
Northwest Metalcraft will provide assistance in facilitating all valid manufacturer's warrantees. We will not be reponsible for shipping costs incurred by the customer in processing of aforementioned warranties.
