Merchandise returned must be unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to approval. Glass doors are non-returnable. Sale items are non-refundable.

No returns are allowed on special order merchandise. Under no circumstances will northwest metalcraft give cash refunds. A 2% service charge per month will be assessed on accounts past due, plus any and all legal fees incurred.
